We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express over the phone as payment for the rental fee. Orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
We provide free delivery to locations within a 15-mile radius of our offices. Please note: Delivery between 15.1 – 25 miles has a $20.00 delivery fee. Over 25 miles; please call for pricing.)

24-48 hours appreciated to create and allow for delivery and set up time. The sooner we know the more time we have to prepare your personalized sign. We are happy to take a request for scheduled C-sections ahead of time. We strive to have your sign in the yard within 24 hours of your call. Our goal is to have the sign up to welcome mom and new baby home.
We deliver and pick up signs 7 days a week.
Does someone have to be at home for your birth announcement yard signs to be delivered or picked up?
No. Times and dates for pick up and delivery will be set when the sign is ordered.
We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility and a pleasing backdrop for photographs. If there is a specific spot you would like for the sign to be placed, please notify us when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply:
*You cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours in advance
*Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign
*You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply:
*We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or it doesn’t work
*The security guard at a gated community refuses to allow us entry
*The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period
*If a dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property.
Yes, we offer sibling “star”signs. See our Gallery for an example. They are only $25 each. Plus you keep it! By having their star sign on the lawn with the birth announcement sign, the big brother or sister feels included in the exciting event.

Grandparents can rent a sign proclaiming “We have a grandson!” or “I am a grandmother!”. When ordered at the same time as the birth announcement sign, the 7 day fee for the grandparent sign is $85.
Yes! Our storks are perfect to greet guests at baby showers or to help announce the baby’s gender at a gender reveal party! Our rental for a Baby Shower is available in two ways. The 1 day rental will include a bundle that can read “It’s a (Girl/Boy)!” or “The Shower is Here!” The second option is to personalize the package for an additional fee, refer to our ‘Pricing’ page. This includes a bundle for the mommy-to-be to keep. The following options are available for the custom bundle: “Welcome to (Mother’s Name) Baby Shower” “(Mother’s Name) is Having a (Girl/Boy)” “Showering (Mother’s Name) with Love” For a gender reveal party – our storks greet guests at the door holding a bundle that says “blue or pink what do you think”. We can also customize the bundle and wrap it like a present for the mother to be to be surprised the day of the event.
Yes. We can easily customize any message for you. Our stork can announce a pregnancy- “We are expecting in July!” Our stork can delight a family member- “Lisa is going to be an aunt!”or “Sybil is going to be a grandmother!”. Our stork can make a special announcement – “We are having twins!”
